We will comment on budget after study:FPCCI

FPCCI’s Working Group on the Federal Budget 2012-13 is presently examining the budget proposals and the Finance Bill, a spokesman said.

Official stand of the FPCCI will be issued once the Working Group completes the process of scrutiny, he added.
The spokesman further clarified that different statements of FPCCI officials after announcement of the budget were their personal opinion and not the official stance of the Apex chamber.
FPCCI would seek clarification from the Ministry of Finance on any anomalies which are not clear in the budget documents before releasing reaction.
President, FPCCI Haji Fazal Kadir Khan Sherani is currently out of country, he has has appointed Sheikh Abdul Waheed Sandal as the acting president of FPCCI. A section of the press has mentioned VP, Shakil Ahmed Dhingra as the acting president which is incorrect
