Motorway Police arrested vehicles snatchers

Lahore:National Highways & Motorway Police N-5 Central have arrested 06 culprits involved in snatching of vehicles, carrying illegal weapons,stolen animals etc. and recovered 04 snatched vehicles, arms ammunitionand other valuables from their possession besides helping 07childrento reunite with their parentsand returning lost luggage of two road users during last ten days
According to details the officers of NH&MP N-5 Central arrested Mohsin, Haider, Imran Shah r/o Khanewal, Munawar, Mehmood r/o Rahim Yar Khan and Hameedullah r/o Mardan. A snatched Mehran car MN-1826, stolen Corolla car AVS-719, Suzuki Car LRW-738, stolen Yamaha Motorcycle KWF-8100, 02 stolen goats, stolen tyres of a trailer worth 45000 and illegal weapons were recovered from their possession. On the directions of Zonal Commander N-5 Central NisarSaroya, the arrested criminals and recovered items were handed over to the local police for further legal action.

Motorway Police N-5 Central also helped 04 years Sufian, 09 year old Arif r/o Okara, 18 years Fozia, 8 years Salamat Shah, 10 years Umar Shah, 09 years Suleman and 07 year Amir r/o Pakpattanto reunite with their aggrieved families. Similarly, a purse of a lady passenger with 10,000 cash which was left in a bus was retrieved and a sack containing store items fallen from a Hiace were returned to their respective owners by Motorway Police N-5 central.
Zonal Commander N-5 Central NisarSaroya appreciated the efforts of the officers and granted them Commendation Certificates and cash rewards for excellent performance of duties.
