In the perspective of firing incident at Babu Sabu Interchange picket, CCPO Lahore Muhammad Aslam Tareen has ordered installation of CCTV cameras at all pickets of Lahore City. Capital City Police Officer (CCPO), Muhammad Aslam Tareen visited today the place of firing incident at Babu Sabu Interchange picket, after with he visited the injured police constables at Mayo Hospital Surgical Ward to inquire about their heath. CCPO directed that maximum possible quality medical care be provided to the injured police personnel and assured that the heirs of the martyrs would be looked after comprehensively. CCPO asserted that the martyred police constables displayed a brilliant example of bravery and courage, and laid down their lives for the peace and tranquility of the citizens. He assured that the mission of the martyrs would be further enhanced and all criminal elements would be awarded exemplary punishment, besides ensuring protection of the life and property of the people. Muhammad Aslam Tareen assured that Lahore Police, which is the police force consisting of Martyrs and Ghazis, would continue to protect the life and property of the citizens even at the cost of their own lives. CCPO Muhammad Aslam Tareen also prayed for the early recovery of the injured police officials.
