Bounty Police Arrested a Proclaimed Offender

Organized Crime Police (CIA) Lahore have arrested a proclaimed offender Muhammad Riaz alias Raja, involved in the incidents of daocity, robbery and vehicles theft. The Punjab Government Home Department had fixed a head money worth rupees four lakh, for the arrest of proclaimed offender Muhammad Riaz alias Raja. The arrested proclaimed offender had already been sent to jail in heinous cases and challaned in Islamabad courts.

According to the details, CCPO Muhammad Aslam Tareen directed SP CIA Cap. ® Liaqat Ali Malik to take effective measures against top 20 and top 10 proclaimed offenders, whose names were included in the Black Book. SP CIA constituted a special team and briefed them. The police team worked hard day and night and collected particulars of the proclaimed offender Muhammad Riaz alias Raja s/o Taj Deen r/o House No.3, Islam Building, Dev Samaj Road Islampura, Lahore and arrested him. The name of proclaimed offender is registered in Black Book. The arrested proclaimed offender had already been sent to jail in dacotiy, robbery and illegal weapon cases in Shalimar and Margla police stations of Islamabad. The arrested culprit is a taxi driver and has a criminal mind. The criminal entered into the houses at gunpoint with the help of his companions. Around 13 cases in which the arrested culprit was declared proclaimed offender in Factory Area, Lyton Road, Nishter Colony, Defence, Liaqatabad, Millat Park and Shahdara Town. Further investigation is in progress.

Capital City Police Officer (CCPO), Muhammad Aslam Tareen has announced cash prizes and commendatory certificates for the police team.
